I’m selling my Peavey Wolfgang hardtail on eBay, and it’s already had its reserve met. So, I went ahead and purchased its replacement, a brand new Parker P-30<\/a>. It arrived today and it’s an excellent guitar for the price. It has a single-single-single pickup configuration with a traditional Fender-style synchronized tremolo. The pickups have great tone, and the action on the compound radius neck is smooth. <\/p>\n

It does have a couple quality issues, but neither have anything to do with playability. (On one spot on the body, the pickguard doesn’t sit flush against the body, and the volume and tone knobs are pretty cheap.)<\/p>\n

All in all, this is a great guitar for $520. It’s just what I was looking for as a Fender Strat alternative. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
