So, I went ahead and purchased its replacement, a brand new <a href=\"http:\/\/parkerguitars.com\/images\/models\/p30ch_popup.jpg\">Parker P-30<\/a>. It arrived today and it&#8217;s an excellent guitar for the price. It has a single-single-single pickup configuration with a traditional Fender-style synchronized tremolo. The pickups have great tone, and the action on the compound radius neck is smooth. <\/p>\n<p>It does have a couple quality issues, but neither have anything to do with playability. (On one spot on the body, the pickguard doesn&#8217;t sit flush against the body, and the volume and tone knobs are pretty cheap.)<\/p>\n<p>All in all, this is a great guitar for $520.
