Texas sues Sony BMG for spyware violations (Reuters) 

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott filed a civil lawsuit on Monday against Sony BMG Music Entertainment for including "spyware" software on its media player designed to thwart music copying.

Woohoo! Take that Sony! ;-)
