Possible iBook Lawsuit?

Wired News posted an article recently about iBook and iPod owners getting ticked enough about their hardware issues to seek legal action. If you've been reading my blog from the beginning you'll remember that I've had my iBook's logic board replaced twice over the course of one year. I've also complained that my CD-R drive doesn't burn CDs at the advertised speed. A friend of mine at work also has a iBook that won't hold a battery charge for more than 6 minutes or so, and the iBook is only slightly over one year old.
